Right of withdrawal

Our policy, in compliance with current legislation, is to grant the right to return any tissue within 7 days from the date of receipt. Any item returned to normal (no signs of having been tampered with) will be accepted. Tejidospulido.com agrees to a refund within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the return. Before you return, you must notify info@tejidospulido.com and tell you how you can send the order. Advance notice is essential and we cannot accept returns due to shipping. If the reason for the return was that the returned item is defective or does not match the request in order Tejidospulido.com bear the cost of return and new shipment. If the reason for return is because the request is not satisfied, we will refund the amount but not the shipping and return costs. The refund amount will be made through bank transfer to the account specified by the customer or the credit card with which the payment was made.
