FAQ

1. How do I place an order?

The steps to follow are as follows:

• Select the desired product, indicate the number of metres you wish to buy and click on "add to basket".

• Once all the articles are selected, go to the "Shopping Cart".

• Check that everything is correct and click on the "Buy" button.

• If you are already a customer enter your e-mail and password. Click on "Login".

• If you are not registered with us, you can continue shopping without registering. If you prefer to register (recommended action), please indicate that you do not have an account with us and fill in your details. The fact of registering with us does not imply any commitment or receive any type of advertising or Newsletter if you do not require it. Once you have filled in everything, click on "Next".

• You must fill in the required fields in order to place your order. Once they have been filled in, click on "Next".  You must then select the method of delivery and the method of payment. Once you have reviewed the general conditions and this agreement, click on "buy" to finalise the purchase. 

• You will receive a confirmation email.

2. How can I contact you?

You can contact us either by e-mail by filling out our contact form that you can find at the top of the screen or by calling us at +34 937 90 68 59, the opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 9.30 to 20.00.

3. Do you have stock of all items?

We are constantly checking that all the items on the website are in stock, so we have 99% in stock.

In the event that we do not have any of the items in stock, the customer is informed of how long it will take to get it back in stock or if it is completely out of stock, and a solution is sought, always giving the customer the possibility of cancelling the order.

4. How long does it take you to deliver an order?

If the item is in stock, from receipt of payment, it takes between 1 and 2 working days to prepare the order and the carrier takes 1 to 2 more working days to deliver it if it goes to the peninsula and if it goes outside the peninsula we recommend that you make a mock order and in the shipping options indicates the approximate transit time.

If the item is not in stock and it will take us more than 4 days to receive it, the customer will be notified so that they can decide whether they are still interested or not.

5. Can I physically see your fabrics in a shop?

In our shop Teixits Pulido, in Mataró, Barcelona. In the section Who are we? you can find a map with our address.

6. Do you offer volume discounts?

Of course, if you intend to buy more than 10 m per article, or you represent a group, or you are planning to buy a large volume of fabrics, go to the wholesalers or groups banner and fill in the details so that we can give you a quotation.

7. Do I have to register to place an order?

No, it is not necessary, but in any case, registering does not imply any commitment for you, nor do you receive any type of advertising or Newsletter if you do not require it. It is simply to have your details for shipping.

8. What are the methods of payment?

• Credit Card: Visa or Mastercard.

• Payment by bank transfer to our bank account.

• Paypal.

9. What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the weight and destination, the best way to know the shipping costs is to make a mock order and after selecting the shopping basket and having registered with the destination data, the shipping costs appear.

In any case, our shipping prices are very economical, here are some examples:

• Spain - Iberian Peninsula by Agency: Shipping up to 5 kg costs 5.40€; up to 10 kg costs 6.40€, etc.

• Balearic Islands by Agency: Up to 5 kg costs 8.60€; up to 10 kg costs 9.20€, etc.

• Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra by Correos: Contact support.

• Portugal: Contact support. Shipping up to 5 kg costs 7.30€; up to 10 kg costs 8.60€, etc.

• Rest of European Union countries: Contact support. Shipping up to 3 kg costs from 12.50€ to 18€ depending on the destination; up to 10 kg costs from 13.20€ to 32.21€ depending on the destination, etc.
